morning drink
For this you’ve got to require a toothpick. Dip the edible sandalwood oil in it, then dip that toothpick in 50ml water and drink the water. The water should be lukewarm. If someone takes medicine on an empty stomach, then first eat the drugs then drink this water.
fenugreek
Now you’ve got to eat 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds. Keep it soaked overnight. Throw the water within the morning and eat it after chewing it. This fenugreek has got to be eaten before every meal, so if you would like , collect it and soak it. Soaking it in water removes its heat.

Now after quarter-hour you’ve got to eat two rotis. This roti should be made from flour and bran flour. you’ve got to stay the number of both equal. In vegetable, you’ll eat any vegetable except potato, guar pod and bean pod. One and a half teaspoon ghee has got to be applied on the roti. you’ve got to drink tea quarter-hour after eating roti.
before lunch
Before lunch, you’ve got to eat 100 grams of fruits again. during this you’ll take watermelon, melon, papaya or pomegranate. After quarter-hour you’ve got to eat 100 grams of salad. After 10 minutes you’ve got to eat 1 teaspoon of fenugreek.

#before dinner

#Dinner
In dinner, you’ve got to eat cooked whole lentils during which moong or lentils are boiled and tempered.
